How many braid boxes are delivered a year?
We deliver (6) braid boxes a year. Braid boxes are delivered every other month.
Are braid boxes available without a subscription?
Braid boxes are not currently available without a subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be paused at any time. Note, cancellations are available after (2) braid box delivery cycles.
To cancel your subscription, access your customer account through your login. If you do not have a registered account, create an account using the same email address you used at checkout or access your account using the Customer Portal direct link available in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
Once your account is registered, login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
How do I update my billing/shipping address?
To update your billing info, access your customer account, through your login. If you do not have a registered account, create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You can also access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link was sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
In the Billing Information tab you’ll find your current method of payment along with your current billing address. You can update your credit card, billing, shipping, and email address.
Your address must be changed by the 4th of each month before your card has been charged on the 5th. The address change will apply to your NEXT order.
When do braid boxes ship?
Uniquely Crwned subscription braid boxes ship once every other month on the 5th. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. USPS is our shipping carrier and can take up to 7-10 business days to deliver.
Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, Uniquely Crwned ships within the United States.
